I rarely call for customer service. I have people to do that for me. But there are times when your Testarossa breaks down because you fired the Mexican you fed to drive it to the mechanic when you caught him having a water bottle from your fridge without permission.

But when I do, I always press "1" to take a survey after the call. Spruces knows this raises a flag on some computer somewhere. And they take better care of you and address your issues quickly. Spruce never takes the actual survey.
